WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping in the United States is free over $85.00 USD and $9.99 USD flat rate if less. Shipping in Canada is free over $80.00 CAD and $9.99 CAD flat rate if below.

WHERE DOES BIION FOOTWEAR SHIP?

Biion Footwear offers shipping to Canada and the United States, as well as most international locations (international shipping rates may apply).

Although we are able to virtually ship to any location, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you would like to inquire about shipping to a location outside of the countries offered, please email customerservice@biionfootwear.com

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order:

  • First, login to your account
  • Select the "View Order Status" link under the My Account menu.
  • Click “View Order Details” beside the order you would like to track.
  • At the bottom of the following page you will find your tracking number and shipping method
  • Most orders are shipped using UPS, you can track it through their website: http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our focus to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you would like to return your order you may. We accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

  • To return an item:
  • First, login to your account
  • Select the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.
  • Fill out the form provided with your Return Reason and desired Return Action selected from the dropdown menus, and under Comments specify your reason for returning the shoes.

To return an order first make sure you are signed into your account. Then go to the customer service page. Select RETURN REQUESTS from the menu. At the bottom of the list, it will say: “To return an item from one of your previous orders, please click here”. Once you have selected the link, you will be able to make a return request.

Note: all returns must be in original packaging and placed within a shipping container to be shipped in.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?

We want to make sure your Biion shoes fit perfectly. If you would like to exchange your shoes for different size or style. You can exchange any product that is still in re-sellable condition within 30 days of delivery. This is applicable for all available products and sizes only, and on products of an equal or lesser price.

To exchange an item:

  • First, login to your account
  • Select the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.
  • Fill out the form: Beside Return Reason select “Exchange Shoe Size”, select “Exchange” beside Return Action, and under Comments specify your reason for exchanging the shoes and what you would like them to be exchanged for.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
